green peanut spread

 

Ingredients for 2 people:

 

1 hand full rocket

 

1/2 avocado

 

1 hand full peanut

 

1/2 cucumber

 

1/2 tsp. of salt

 

1/2 tsp. of pepper

 

2 or 4 slices whole meal bread

 

 

 

preparation:

 

1. Place rocket, avocado pulp, peanuts, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.

 

2. Spread it onto the bread.

 

3. Slice cucumber and place the slices on the spread.

green pear banana smoothie

 

ingredients for about 1 liter:

 

1 pear

 

1 banana

 

1/2 cucumber

 

1/2 cm fresh ginger

 

a bit water (if you like)

 

 

 

preparation:

 

1. Quarter the pear and remove the core. Cut the pear in little pieces and place them into a blender.

 

2. Peel and slice the banana and ginger and place them into the blender.

 

3. Cut the cucumber in little pieces and place them into a blender. Blend until smooth.
