This game is especially for kids, who have only one favourite meal which they always want to eat. So, if your child only wants to eat pasta with tomato sauce, chips, pizza or muffins and refuses (almost) any other food, here is a playful way to expand your child´s diet - WITHOUT a lot of tears ;)

Eat colours is a really simple game. You choose one colour: "Today, we will eat just green/white/yellow..." and for the whole day you look for fruit and vegetables in this colour. For example, you choose green, so you eat as many green things as possible: apples, cucumbers, beans, broccoli, pears, grapes, kiwis, avocados, peas, melons, peppers and so on.

Eat colours is a really simple game. Your child chooses one colour: "Today, we will eat just green/white/yellow..." and for the whole day they look for fruit and vegetables in this colour. It is an easy way to eat fruit and vegetables. For example, your child chooses green, so you and your child eat as many green things as possible: apples, cucumbers, beans, broccoli, pears, grapes, kiwis, avocados, peas, melons, peppers and so on.
